CHOOSE the Cappelletti & Conchiglie of your choice....

ONE Bag of each....

Turn a huge panfull of saltless water towards the boil....

At room temperature in the pan, add the Cappelletti....

Add some vegetable stock, spinkled, and stir....

(ADD sauce of your choice)....

Add SIX WHOLE raw eggs, and stir the pan....

(The raw eggs cook into a filling like OYSTERS)

Bring to the boil and ADD the Conchiglie , boil for twenty minutes....

Add soya sauce....

gnaam greedily.....
